Larry Diamond is a Senior Fellow at the Hoover Instituion at Stanford University. Diamond is a consummate educator, he has taught in over twenty-five countries. Diamond has published several books on the topics of democracy including: Squandered Victory: The American Occupation and the Bungled Effort to Bring Democracy to Iraq; Developing Democracy: Toward Consolidation, Promoting Democracy in the 1990s; and Class, Ethnicity, and Democracy in Nigeria.
